Solutions process used in this project

Problem

During a stakeholder meeting with the client, we discovered that certain users were experiencing navigation issues on the Warhammer Worlds website. The website's user flow has become increasingly complex over time, with segmented pages and confusing navigation that make it challenging for users to find what they're looking for. This could result in users having to navigate through multiple pages before reaching their desired destination.

Competitor analysis

Based on our competitor analysis and research into similar event and day-out venues, we have observed that they tend to provide users with easy access to their intended site destinations, usually with just one click from the home page. To improve user experience and keep up with industry standards, we recommend simplifying the navigation on Warhammer World and ensuring that users can quickly reach their desired destinations with minimal effort.
